1. This is not the Paul Winter record I am looking for, but it’s right tasty so it’ll do until a cope of “Jazz meets the folk song” turns up for me.
2. OMG a whole unreleased song! Also four tracks that I can’t be bothered to copy from vinyl to the computer. BOnis.
3. Solid as a rock. The Ron Carter and Tony Williams platter is WAY better than the Eddie Gomez and Jack DeJohnette platter but the whole thing is like butter baby. As nice as McCoy is with a big band he’s kind of best in trios and 4tets.
4. Ah I wanted this record for ever. It’s the kind of great, kind of terrible but kind of great team-up of Motherfucking Miles and Easy Mo Bee (Of Biggie’s “Ready To Die” fame). Hey kids, dig the funkyfresh Hiphopjazz daddyo. Or something.
5. Copy number 5. Never too much, never too much.
